What IS Laser Lipo?

Spring Season Special Facebook Post (2).jpg

Laser Lipo - or Laser Lipolysis, or Low Level Red Light Therapy - is infrared "laser" which  uses two red light wavelengths to dissolves fat cells and tighten skin.

The red light body contouring treatment uses 635nm-650nm nano LED laser pads which heat the fat cells in the targeted treatment area and breaks down these fat cells converting them into fatty acids.

These fatty acids are then transported throughout the body via the lymphatic system to provide energy to the body.

The laser heat also causes collagen fibers in the deep dermis to contract, resulting in tissue coagulation and skin tightening. In the days following the treatment, the skin in the treated area slowly becomes tighter as the collagen remodels.

What To Expect During Laser Lipo

The treatment is painless. The heat generated by the Laser pads are more of a relaxing warming sensation.

Afterwards, you will be able to go about the rest of your day unaffected.

Laser Lipo may be used alone, or during what I like to call "piggy backing." Piggy Backing allows us to treat one side of the stomach, legs, or arms with Laser and the other side with Cavitation at the same time. This can be a great time saver while allowing the client to receive the most efficient results.

*Laser Lipo is meant to target small areas of fat and help contour your body. It isn’t a treatment for people who are trying to lose a lot of weight.

HOWEVER, Body Contouring treatments are EXCELLENT confidence boosters because you will actually be able to see results FASTER than diet and exercise alone! This helps you remain motivated on your journey and helps you love your reflection much faster! (speaking from experience here)
