Cancellation Policy

We understand circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to your Sculpted Beauty technician and our other clients.

 

Please, call as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment so that we may schedule and service another client for the allotted time slot. When you book an appointment with us, that appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations within the time stipulated in our cancellation policy will allow us to allocate this space to someone else without affecting our ability to operate.

 

Also, please note if you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened to avoid inconvenience to the client that has a booking after you. We pride ourselves on offering the best of care and services to our clients. We ask if you could give us the same grace period of 15 minutes as difficulty might arise with the client before you.

We understand that there may be circumstances out of the client’s control which may require the need to reschedule the appointment.

 

We welcome reschedules/cancellations with at least 24 hours advanced notice prior to the scheduled appointment. However, a $25 rescheduling fee will be applied for any reschedule/cancellation notice LESS than 24 hours prior to appointment. The rescheduling fee must be paid prior to the next appointment.

 

If an appointment is missed without contacting us, it is considered a missed or “NO SHOW" appointment and will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A “NO SHOW” appointment may not be rescheduled or refunded.

 

If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled. In which case, the $25 rescheduling fee will apply.

 

All deposit payments are non-refundable and may not be substituted for other services or products. If, for whatever reason, the client wishes to cancel the course of treatments the remaining sessions will not be refunded.
